Scott has been in the financial industry since 1999. He has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), Certified Estate Planner (CEP® ), Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designations and successfully completed Series 6, 7, 63, 66 securities registrations and his Life & Health Insurance License. He focuses his time on working with people who are interested in retirement income planning and estate planning strategies. Scott is President of Reed Financial Planning Services and has served on the Voya Field Advisory Board.
Prior to entering into the investment field, Scott graduated from UCONN with a B.A. in International Business Management. He has studied and lived in Europe and South America, which has allowed him to become multilingual. Today, Scott lives in Glastonbury with his wife, Betsy, and four sons. When not in the office, he enjoys staying active outdoors, hiking with the family, and traveling.

She is certified to sell long-term care insurance approved by the Connecticut Partnership for Long-Term Care and is a member of the American Association of Long-Term Care Insurance. She has over 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and has earned the designation of Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC). Her energetic, caring and compassionate personality coupled with her years of experience match perfectly with her role as the firm's Life and Long-Term Care Insurance Specialist.
When not in the office, Betsy stays busy with her four boys and their activities. She and the family are avid fans of all New England sports teams. She also has a passion for nature, hiking and exploring the outdoors whenever possible.
Nicole's top priorities are helping to run an efficient and productive office, while providing excellent customer service and prompt follow-up to client inquiries. Her superb attention to detail allows her to excel in her role of handling the firm's operations, compliance logs and operational procedures.
Stephanie is typically the first point of contact with prospects or clients who want to schedule an appointment. She spends a lot of her day preparing client review material, managing the firm's website, assisting our clients with online access to their accounts and organizing client events.
